apogee Docker lifecycle and infra:*¶
These commands wrap docker-compose for the generated project, plus a set of add:* / remove:* shortcuts that edit docker-compose.yml for you.
Lifecycle¶

Database lifecycle¶

These commands use a programmatic Alembic runner provided by apogee-core — no alembic.ini editing needed.
add:* — provision infrastructure services¶
Each add:* command edits docker-compose.yml, adds the service, exposes the right ports, sets sensible defaults, and updates .env.example.

Then re-run:
remove:* — opposite of add:*¶
Removes the service from docker-compose.yml and warns if the codebase still depends on it.
infra:* — diagnostics¶
